3.1 Through its network of Sites Global Innovations Limited may provide you with access to their Services. The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Sites, are subject to these Terms of Service and any license agreements, codes of conduct or posted rules, instructions or guidelines regarding a particular Service and any related Software and materials (as applicable, the ‘License Agreement').
3.2 By playing on the Vulkanbet website you are being granted a personal non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software, in order to play according to these Terms & Conditions and including the clauses in this section.

4.8 In the case of casino games, the Account Holder accepts and agrees that the true random number generator ("TRNG") determines the outcome of every game. In the event of any discrepancy, the result showing on the gaming server shall be the governing result of the game.
4.9 The user agrees that these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
4.10 You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless us, our directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities howsoever caused that may arise in relation to your use of the Website or participation in the Games.
4.11 As our User you declare that you do not know or are not aware of the outcome of the event when placing any respective bet.
4.12 We reserve the right to suspend gaming during an event due to failed transmission or technical related issues or if we suspect fraud.

5.1 Vulkanbet reserves the right to suspend a cash-out request pending verification of User’s identity, age and location of the bearer of the account.
5.2 The subscriber implicitly gives authorization to the processing of any personal data in compliance with the privacy laws in force in Malta. The processing of personal data is exclusively managed to the end of account maintenance for use of the services as offered by Vulkanbet.
5.3 The account holder confirms that all information contained in the registration form submitted to Vulkanbet is true, accurate, and complete. The account holder also confirms that the name used to open the Casino account also corresponds to the name(s) appearing on any payment method used for the deposits and payments of gains.
5.4 Vulkanbet reserves the right to cancel your user agreement if any of the information provided to Vulkanbet were found to be inaccurate or incomplete. It is the user’s responsibility to inform us immediately of any changes to the user’s personal information.
5.5 The user will not use the Service and or the Software for any illicit or fraudulent activity, or for any unlawful or fraudulent transaction (including money laundering), in accordance to the laws of all the jurisdictions having authority over the user. If we have any doubt of the legality of the source of funds being used by the User, then we reserve the right to discontinue or block the account(s) of the client.
5.6 Any complaints relating to activity on your account by a third party will not be accepted by Vulkanbet since it is prohibited to enable a third party to play with a user’s account.
5.7 In all cases, only one account per customer, per household, per address, per shared computer and per shared IP address will be allowed to sign up and make use of Vulkanbet. Vulkanbet may and will determine whether multiple accounts are linked to the same person
5.8 Vulkanbet shall, at all times, keep a secure list of all registered users and shall ensure the security of all User Accounts.
5.9 Vulkanbet reserves the right to request at any time satisfactory proof of identity (such as copy of ID, passport or any payment cards used) and proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement). Failure to supply such documentation may result in suspension or closure of your account.
5.10 The user must personally fill in the registration form provided by Vulkanbet at the point of registration, which shall at least include/confirm the following details:

  • That the user is over legal gambling age in his country;
  • The user’s identity, such as Name and Surname, Date of Birth and telephone number
  • The user’s place of residence
5.11 Upon request, the user shall be required to provide proof that account details are correct by supplying Vulkanbet with:

  • A copy of ID card and/or Passport showing Name, Surname and Date of Birth;
  • Proof of Address by providing a copy of a Utility Bill not more than 3 months old;
5.12 To finalize verification process, the casino may phone the registered telephone number supplied by the player at time of registration. An account may be subject to closure if an invalid number or one belonging to a third party is inputted. Vulkanbet may ask for Proof of Income information, including the request of provision of supplementary documentation relating to Source of Funds and Source of Wealth to support this. 5.13 Should the user not be satisfied with the resolution of a complaint by Vulkanbet, a further complaint may be submitted directly to the appropriate regulators or registered Dispute Resolution Provider. To learn more, please refer to the Complaints and Disputes Section.
5.14 Masking IP or location is not allowed, and we reserve the right to close any accounts and void any bets, bonus and winnings if the account was created or used through the use of IP or geolocation masking technologies including but not limited to VPN and Proxy Servers.
5.15 We do not currently permit accounts to be opened and used by customers who are based in certain jurisdictions, due to various commercial or legal reasons. This list currently contains but is not limited to This list currently contains but is not limited to Afghanistan, Algeria, American Samoa, Angola, Antarctica, Australia, Bahrain, Burkina Faso, Chad, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Comoros, Congo (Zaire), Egypt, Ethiopia, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Gabon, Gambia, Haiti, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Kenya, Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of North, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Liberia, Libya, Marshall Islands, Martinique, Mauritius, Monaco, Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, Occupied, Papua New Guinea, Saint Martin (French Part), Saint Pierre And Miquelon, Saint Vincent And The Grenadines, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Spain, Togo, Trinidad And Tobago, Uganda, United Kingdom, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Vanuatu, Virgin Islands, and Yemen. We reserve the right to immediately close accounts registered by users who reside in these countries.
5.16 We reserve the right to transfer, assign, sublicense or pledge the Terms, in whole or in part, to any person, provided that any such assignment will be on the same terms or terms that are no less advantageous to you.

6. User Accounts & Account Security ^ back to top
6.1 Vulkanbet reserves the right to deny or retract, any or all User screen names and/or user names, whether before, during and after these names have been issued or validated.
6.2 Opening of a Real Money Account on Vulkanbet is only granted to individuals of at least 18 years.
6.3 Opening of a Real Money Account as well as making real money transactions on Vulkanbet is prohibited to residents of certain countries wherein laws prohibit opening of said accounts. It is the users’ responsibility to know whether the opening of a Vulkanbet account is allowed within their jurisdiction. Any money won by any such persons shall be forfeited.
6.4 Your account is personal to you and you may not share your account details or use anyone else's account at any time. Transferring funds from one account to another is not permitted under any circumstances.
6.5 It is your responsibility to keep data such as your login, username and password confidential. Vulkanbet cannot be held responsible of any misuse of a client’s password. We are not liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, and you remain liable for losses incurred by yourself or a third party on your Vulkanbet account.
6.6 Vulkanbet reserves the right to cancel your account without refund if we become aware that you have disclosed your account details and password to a third party.
6.7 Vulkanbet shall not at any time during its relationship with the user be responsible to store passwords and logins of the user.
6.8 Any Account Holder may close their account and terminate this Agreement by sending an email to Vulkanbet on support@vulkanbet.com. Account holder accepts that they shall be responsible for activity on their Account until such closure has been confirmed in writing by Vulkanbet.
6.9 Global Innovations Limited is entitled to terminate this Agreement immediately on notice (or attempted notice) to the Account Holder at the email address that was provided to Global Innovations Limited.
6.10 If Global Innovations Limited has cancelled the player’s account on the ground of failure to comply with the safety instructions or fraudulent activities, the account balance shall be inaccurate and considered lost.

7. Inactive & Dormant accounts ^ back to top
7.1 If the Account Holder does not access their account for any continuous period of 12 calendar months, their account shall be deemed “Inactive”.
7.2 Following 12 months of uninterrupted inactivity, Vulkanbet shall send a reminder email to the user via the email saved in their account profile. From this point onward, the user shall have 30 days to login into their account in order to reactivate it. If no login is registered within the 30-day period, €5 will be deducted from the balance, starting with the Real Money first. If the balance is less than €5 then the whole amount will be deducted.
7.3 Vulkanbet shall send a reminder email every month and in case of continuing no activity, will keep deducting €5 per month till balance reaches €0. If balance reaches €0, no further charges will be applicable.
7.4 In the eventuality of an account being inactive for more than 12 months and account balance is of €0, Vulkanbet has the right to close the user’s account.
7.5 If the Account holder does not access their account for any continuous of 30 calendar months, their account shall be deemed “Dormant”.
7.6 Following 30 months of uninterrupted inactivity, Vulkanbet shall send a reminder email to the user and try to make phone contact via the relevant information saved in their account profile. From this point onward, the user will have 30 days to log into their account in order to reactivate it and claim the remaining funds. If no log in is registered within this 30-day period, in accordance with the legislation, the remaining balance will be handed over to the competent Authority.

8. Data protection ^ back to top
8.1 Vulkanbet may process any personal data of clients in accordance with applicable data protection laws including, but not limited to, processing customer's account and payments, keeping records and verifying identity and fraud investigation. Player information, such as KYC documentation, gameplay statistics and other personal and systems relevant information will be kept by Global Innovations Limited for an indefinite period of time.
8.2 Vulkanbet may share client's personal data with any of its financial agents (institutions processing payments) who may only use it for those purposes defined by Vulkanbet, or as otherwise permitted by the Data Protection Act (Chapter 440 of the Laws of Malta).
8.3 Unless client has indicated otherwise, the company may contact any client with product and service related information, such as direct email newsletters and/or any other special marketing and/or advertising offers.
8.4 User is aware and consents to the recording of all website use, electronic mails and telephone calls between them and Global Innovations Limited These recordings will be sole property of the company and may be used as evidence in the event of any dispute or to improve customer services.
8.5 If a user wins an amount of €10,000.00 [ten thousand euro] or more using the Software or the Service, the user grants Global Innovations’ authorization to use the user’s nickname or initials as part of any marketing and promotional needs.
8.6 In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation there is an obligation to undertake Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) on those clients who are classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP). It is your obligation to inform us of a change to your status as a PEP or Non-PEP should it change at any time in the future.

9. Financial Obligations, Payments & Winnings ^ back to top
9.1 Vulkanbet player accounts do not accrue interest.
9.2 All payments to and from your account must be from a payment source on which you are the named account holder.
9.3 Global Innovations’ checks all transactions to ensure prevention of any money laundering attempts. If, at any time we suspect that there may be money laundering activity through use of our website(s), we reserve the right to demand further information from the customer(s) involved, as may deem appropriate. Global Innovations’ will immediately report any transactions that it deems suspicious to the relevant authorities.
9.4 Winnings are subject to Vulkanbet verification procedures before payment is made. While we will do our utmost to process your withdrawals to the method of your choice, please understand that withdrawal requests are on a “preferred” basis only. It is ultimately the casino’s decision as to which payment method your withdrawal will be directed to. The casino reserves the right to cancel your withdrawal and re-direct it to a payment method of their choice should this be necessary.
9.5 Where more than one payment method has been used we reserve the right to ensure that payouts are made in accordance with rules designed to minimize fraud. This can include partial payments to previously used deposit types, where applicable. Under certain circumstances we reserve the right to process withdrawals back only to the customers verified bank account.
9.6 Deposit patterns and money movements in formats that show signs of attempts to cycle funds without a realistic attempt at natural gameplay will incur a charge proportional to the deposited amount, at the casino’s discretion. Players who stack deposits will fall under increased scrutiny, meaning the casino may limit withdrawals for the player to payment methods of the casino’s choice.
9.7 The User may request a pay-out from their existing balance provided that all payment methods registered have been confirmed and verified.
9.8 If the payment solutions provided by Global Innovations’ do not offer redirection of pay-outs to the same bank account from which the funds originated, the User shall record a bank account for the funds to be transferred upon verification.
9.9 If a User deposits money via multiple payment solutions, we will need to confirm that the User is the account holder of each specified payment method and/or bank account individually, therefore reserve the right to request all documentation necessary, including a bank statement to confirm that payment accounts belong to the user in question. We reserve the right to withhold any outgoing payments until all payment methods have been verified.
9.10 Global Innovations’ shall not make a payment or process a withdrawal of any amount out of a user’s casino account to a user until he is deemed to be a “KYC Verified Customer” by which we mean that user’s details and any payment methods registered have been verified and confirmed.
9.11 Global Innovations’ reserves the right to take any measures and adopt any procedures to obtain the verification of identity of a User. Where Vulkanbet suspects that the transaction may be related to illegal activity such as money laundering, we shall not proceed with such transaction and shall have the right to close said User’s account and disclose details of such transaction to the Financial Crime Unit in Malta.
9.12 Should the player choose to ignore or refuse to send in their documents for KYC verification after three official attempts to do so are made on the casino’s part, then the latter has sufficient grounds to take immediate and final action after thirty days have elapsed from the first request. Actions may include the closure of said account and the forfeiting of any balances. The casino will work with the relevant and appropriate authorities to ensure the return of the originating funds to the rightful owner wherever possible.
9.13 Users may only use their credit/debit cards and other form of payment methods registered in their own name on their own account.
9.14 Global Innovations’ hereby ensures the security of all financial information on the user and financial documents whether relating in/directly to the transactions affected between the User and Global Innovations’ or between Global Innovations’ and the relevant tax authorities.
9.15 The user acknowledges that we reserve the right to request proof of deposit into users Casino accounts for all alternative payment methods, at any moment.
9.16 The maximum pay-out for any one 24-hour period differs by payment method and specific customer type. The daily maximum pay-out in the casino excludes winnings on Vulkanbet progressive casino games, pay-outs of which are governed by the Jackpot amount.
9.17 You hereby guarantee that all information you submit to Global Innovations’ is and will be true and accurate, and you agree to pay all fees you incur for using the service. You agree to promptly notify Global Innovations’ if any of the information you have supplied changes.
9.18 Global Innovations’ reserves the right to set any maximum amount of funds that can be deposited or wagered per timeframe or transaction on your account.
9.19 Should funds be credited to a User’s Account in error, it is the client's responsibility to notify Global Innovations’ of the error without delay. Any winnings linked in any way to such error, shall be deemed invalid and returned to Global Innovations Limited.
9.20 It is not possible to transfer money from one member account to another.
9.21 In order to thwart potential money laundering attempts a deposit must be wagered a minimum of at least one and up to a required five times before being withdrawn, at Casino discretion. The casino may choose to not process withdrawals for a player should the player’s lifetime real money wagering not accrue to at least five times the total amount of funds deposited to the casino. Notwithstanding the absolute minimum of one time turnover of any deposit, multiple turnover requirements allowed by this clause will not be enforced by the casino without appropriate justification communicated to the player, such as recording of consistent minimum turnovers of subsequent deposits on carefully selected low margin games in order to minimize loss of funds on turnover.
9.22 Vulkanbet may charge a fee for handling payment on various payment methods. Likewise, should the client deposit and withdraw funds without any gaming activity, Vulkanbet reserves the right to impose transfer charges on the withdrawals of up to 20% on the deposited value.
9.23 Maximum withdrawal amount for non-jackpot winnings from the Casino is capped at €25,000 per month, given that total winnings will always be paid in less than 10 instalments.
9.24 All outstanding User Real Money balances, stemming from Bonuses made Real or other forms of monetary compensations will be capped at maximum monthly withdrawal amount of 10 times total deposited amount at the time of first withdrawal request or EUR25,000, whichever is lower.
9.25 We do not accept deposits made from pre-paid cards. These include, but are not exclusive to, cards issued by Contis Financial Services (Seasons Travel, Ffrees, Freedom, MoneyMona, credEcardplus, Sprout, Engage, Dixipay and Paysera), Monzo, Revolut and bank-issued Travellers cards. Should we identify that a deposit(s) was made using any of the aforementioned, all bets stemming from such deposit(s) will be voided and your account may be subject to closure.
9.26 We will close, with immediate effect, the account of any player found have made chargebacks against Global Innovation Limited. No money will be remitted from such accounts until the outcome of the chargeback claim has been settled.

11.1 Global Innovations’ holds a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. If, at the Casino’s sole discretion, the Account Holder is found to have cheated or attempted to defraud the Casino, which includes the use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any chargeback or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (including money laundering) or by taking advantage of a technical fault that has occurred, the Casino reserves the right to suspend and/or close the user’s Account and to share this information to other online gaming sites, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.
11.2 Use of more than one account per physical user is known as "multi-accounting" and as such is considered an act of fraud.

If we suspect multiple registered accounts are linked to the same user, whether in his own name or different names, we will permanently close all the user’s accounts and withhold any winnings made through real money or bonus money gameplay including cancelling all the transactions pertaining to any such user who acted with the intent of defrauding the Casino.

12.12.1 Free Spins must be used within 7 days of being credited through qualification.

13. Bonus Abuse & Advantage Play^ back to top
13.1 A user agrees that the Software and Service provided may become open to promotional abuse. Should such arise, the Casino may impose specific conditions in relation to awarded bonus and the user shall refrain from employing gameplay with intent to abuse said offer.
13.2 Should the Casino become aware of any user who has accepted a bonus or a promotion with sole purpose of creating a positive expected value on bonus return by using practices aimed at securing a cash out of said bonus, then Vulkanbet will enforce condition number 13.3 and will enforce immediate exclusion from this and future Vulkanbet promotions.

For sake of absolute clarity, we have individually identified named practices Vulkanbet finds abusive in relation to awarded bonuses and will enforce condition 13.3 to its most severe extent should a user be found utilizing said practices:
13.2.1 User staking bets that have no or very minimal ability of return, with sole purpose of increasing their wagering volume with minimal loss/win expectancy, will be deemed advantage play and will result in immediate forfeit of the bonus, any bonus winnings and retaining of any real monies lost to the Casino in the process. A clear-cut example of such type of play would be a simultaneous wager on both black and red in roulette, or covering of the vast majority of the table. This condition is not limited to this example alone: any wager placed with obvious intent to achieve high bet volume with minimal win expectancy will be deemed abusive toward the offer.
13.2.2 A user staking 20% or over of the value of their real money deposit in a single bet prior to wagering the deposit five times over, with purpose of drastically increasing their bankroll will be flagged as a high-risk user and will be monitored. For example, a user depositing €100, then immediately proceeding to wager over €20 per hand will be deemed a high-risk user. High-risk users will not automatically be deemed advantage users, but will fall under a higher level of scrutiny and their gameplay will be monitored for changes in bet value.
13.2.3 A user who wagers high value hands with the sole purpose of rapidly increasing bonus bankroll, then proceeds to drastically decrease their bet value(less than half) without having reasonably decreased their bankroll will be deemed to employing unnatural and advantageous betting patterns. Such cases may enforce condition 13.2, but each case will be investigated and acted upon accordingly. We strongly discourage this type of play.
13.2.4 Combinations of above: employing a strategy by which a user places high value bets while playing on any game with a decreased bonus weight, then proceeding to place bets in value of less than their current average bet while changing game to higher weighted games; such user will be immediately disqualified from a bonus and will face full enforcement of condition 13.2.

14. Dispute Resolution & Complaints^ back to top
14.1 Vulkanbet will not consider bets to be valid unless said bets are directly registered in the Vulkanbet database files or records for which a confirmation has been given by Vulkanbet. Vulkanbet will make available the transaction log database for the resolution of any disputes.
14.2 Once games have finished, their result cannot be changed nor cancelled. Vulkanbet retains the right to not accept results of games that are suspected of system manipulations or failures. Such suspicions will undergo investigation prior to being accepted or rejected.

15.2 The parties do not have the ability to enforce any part of this Agreement saved in respect to the rights of counterparties to enforce user’s duty of good faith directly against user.
